Terms of use
The terms that apply to Blimbi and Blimbi Plus: age and safe use, data, free service, billing, renewal, refunds and cancellation.

Acceptance
These terms apply to Blimbi, the website and Blimbi Plus. By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Product purpose
Blimbi is an educational and tracking tool. You manually decide when a fast starts and ends. Its phases, milestones and times are informative estimates, not body measurements, diagnosis or treatment.
Age and safe use
Blimbi is intended for adults. Do not use it to replace medical instructions or where the safety questionnaire disables the timer. If you experience severe dizziness, fainting, confusion or other concerning symptoms, end the fast and seek appropriate care.
Data, account and device
New installations need an account, which you create by signing in with Apple or Google; installations from before version 2.4.0 may keep using Blimbi without one. You are responsible for protecting access to Apple or Google and for actions taken through your sessions. Your journal is stored end-to-end encrypted, so Blimbi cannot read it; you should still check recorded times and export anything you wish to keep before erasing data, deleting the account or uninstalling.
Free service
The timer, safety features, basic journal, export and deletion are part of the free, advertising-free experience. We may adjust how future features are allocated without removing essential safety or access to your local data.
Blimbi Plus
Plus is optional and enables the features shown on the purchase screen. The store displays the price, currency, tax, billing period, available trial and recurring value before confirmation. No price or trial is guaranteed outside that screen.
Renewal and cancellation
Unless the store states otherwise, a subscription renews automatically for the displayed period until cancelled through the relevant App Store or Google Play account. Uninstalling Blimbi, erasing its data or no longer using it does not cancel renewal.
Billing and refunds
Apple or Google processes charges and applies its payment, billing, cancellation and refund rules alongside mandatory rights in your territory. Contact the store first for a refund and support if a purchased entitlement does not appear in the app.
Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Blimbi under these terms. You may not copy, resell, tamper with, bypass controls, extract code except where law permits, or use the brands without permission.
Availability and changes
We may fix errors, update content, adapt compatibility and change or retire features to preserve safety, quality or viability. We will seek to avoid foreseeable data loss and communicate material changes, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or in every territory.
Liability and mandatory rights
Use Blimbi with judgement and verify important information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for medical decisions, external interruptions or loss caused by use contrary to these terms. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Issues, account and termination
You may stop using Blimbi or delete your account at any time; neither action cancels a subscription by itself. We may close sessions or restrict a feature in response to abuse, fraud, security risk or legal requirements. Before bringing a claim, you may contact support so we can try to resolve it.
