Editorial policy
The rules Blimbi uses to plan, write, localize, review, correct, and eventually publish health education.
Useful first, careful throughout
Blimbi content should lead with a practical answer, then explain evidence, uncertainty, and safety. It avoids false urgency, moral judgment, keyword stuffing, invented anecdotes, before-and-after bait, and promises about weight or “belly fat.”
Review responsibilities
Drafts receive editorial review and source verification before publication. A named medical reviewer appears only when a real qualified reviewer has approved the material. Until that happens, Blimbi will not label content “medically reviewed.” Standard educational pages are scheduled for review at least every 12 months; safety or rapidly changing subjects at least every 6 months.
Localization is editorial work
English is not copied word for word into five markets. Each version may restructure an explanation and replace culturally narrow examples. It may not strengthen a claim, remove a safety qualification, or change the meaning of evidence.
Corrections and contact
A substantive correction should be visible in the content record and should mark translations for review. To question wording, report an error, or flag a missing qualification, email hola@blimbi.app.
