blimbi

How Blimbi works

Choose a window, follow time with context, and close the fast without scores, shame, or physiological guesswork.

1. Choose a plan that fits the day

A protocol is a scheduling template, not a test of discipline. Blimbi lets you begin with a time window and change course when work, sleep, travel, hunger, or health makes that sensible.

2. See time, not a diagnosis

The ring shows clock time and the window you selected. Educational phase labels are broad guides only. Human responses vary, and a timer cannot know what is happening in your blood, cells, or metabolism.

3. Finish and reflect

Ending earlier is still useful information. The product is designed to make finishing clear, then help you notice practical patterns such as timing, routine, and how the schedule felt. It does not reward longer fasts as inherently better.

What stays outside the app

Blimbi is for education and personal organization. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace individualized care. If fasting causes faintness, confusion, persistent weakness, or another concerning symptom, stop and seek appropriate medical help.
