Fastic may fit someone who wants a documented product that combines fasting schedules with food, calorie, nutrition, photo, and menu-scanning tools. Its reviewed listings also describe courses, an academy, recipes, buddies, daily and weekly challenges, the Fasty AI chatbot, Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Google Fit, and named partner integrations. Smartwatch and wearable links are described, though exact model coverage is not confirmed. The listings use body-status and metabolic-phase language, which should be read as product guidance rather than a measurement of physiology.

Blimbi focuses on timing and recording fasts. On iOS, optional diary logs for water, coffee, tea and other drinks, meal times, and body measurements (weight, height, waist, hip, chest, thigh and body-fat percentage) are off by default and enabled in Profile > diary settings. Meal entries record times only, without food items, calories or nutrition. Water, drink and meal-time entries stay on the device; weight and height join the end-to-end encrypted synced copy if you sign in and enable sync; other measurements stay on the device.
