How to read the verified matrix

Blimbi focuses on timing and recording fasts. On iOS, optional diary logs for water, coffee, tea and other drinks, meal times, and body measurements (weight, height, waist, hip, chest, thigh and body-fat percentage) are off by default and enabled in Profile > diary settings. Meal entries record times only, without food items, calories or nutrition. Water, drink and meal-time entries stay on the device; weight and height join the end-to-end encrypted synced copy if you sign in and enable sync; other measurements stay on the device. The Android app records fasting logs only. These details were verified in the mobile source on September 29, 2026, rather than inferred from store listings. It does not track activity or symptoms or measure metabolism. It does not integrate Apple Health or Health Connect or offer AI or human coaching, recipes, community or challenges. Adding your clinician’s comment to a plan does not mean that Blimbi provides professional care.

Important differences, data, and pricing

The products differ more in scope than in any verified outcome. Zero centers its official listings on fasting, tracking, and related health data. BodyFast separates a list of free functions from Coach features. Fastic, Simple, and YAZIO describe larger ecosystems that can include food, education, or coaching-style functions. Where a listing uses metabolic-stage language, this comparison treats it as a product description, not physiological measurement.

The matrix separates present features, absent features and unconfirmed details. For Blimbi, “Yes” and “No” describe the current product, as documented in the stores and the mobile-source release ledger. “Not confirmed” means the reviewed sources do not establish a detail. Blimbi can export the journal as CSV. The iOS listing also documents widgets, Live Activities, Shortcuts, Apple Watch and configurable reminders; those references do not attribute Apple features to Android. Stages are educational guidance based on time, not body measurements. Review permissions and the privacy policy before enabling optional synchronization.
